Cottage on Lake Delevan, Wi

This is a five room cottage fully self contained, located 10 miles west of Lake Geneva, WI. It has a micro wave, besides regular gas oven, toaster oven, coffee pot. It is a 2 bedroom with a double bed in one bedroom and bunk beds in the other. There is a sofa bed in the front room and a roll-away bed in the front room closet. Tenant supplies there own linens, towels and wash cloths. everything else is supplied. There is an air conditioner in the front room and one in the dinning room. The kitchen opens out onto a large side yard that has two picnic table, one is an umbrella table, and two weber grills. The Assembly has there own private beach area which is only a very short walk from the cottage. The lake is an excellent fishing lake. There are 5 playground/park areas with shuffle-board, basketball, volley ball, horseshoe, jungle gyms and large ball field. There are many fine restaurants in the area. It is also close to all shopping areas.
